Are all Chapters run the same?

No, Chapters for the most part run their own chapter. The West Coast Cruisers Organization has basic by-laws. Which are pretty simple. Beyond thoses by-laws, the chapters run their selves, make their own policies. Contact the Organizational Council for further information on this matter.
