What is the structure of your club?

It's simple, members are the club. Each member has an equal say so in the club.
We have no officers, or owners. But any organization requires some type of management.
So, our structure is based on seniority. Our leadership comes from the top five.
That is the top five senior members, known as Council.
The sole purpose of the council is to settle any disputes in the club.
